Love Paris - Taylor Swift Lyrics

gift for france
With this song, Taylor Swift has just created a stir by reserving this gift for France and thus reinforcing her reputation, that of offering each of her performances, a unique show. A strategy, oh so effective, which involves these surprise songs that change at each of her concerts and that she plays in the last part of the show, one on the guitar, the other on the piano.

I also love Paris and agree with the deeper reading of the song. I will quibble about LH though, because I also love that song The song starts very narrative:

"Your ex-friend's sister
Met someone at a club and he kissed her
Turns out it was that guy you hooked up with ages ago
"

I think Taylor is definitely thinking of a kiss on the lips. She's trying not to freak you out by saying on the forehead or cheek.

😄Even during COVID-19 invasion, my church insists we line up and kiss the statue of Jesus on the Crucifix. Have they never heard of cross contamination!? Remember, never kiss your hunny when her nose is runny. You may think it's funny but it's not

"Did you see the photos?
No, I didn't, but thanks, though
"

It is possible, however, that it is about kissing a picture. If it was previously disinfected, then the risk is minimal, but

Going further, I'm convinced the line "the kind under where a tree has grown" has a double euphemistic meaning, and no one can talk me out of it!

With this verse

"We drew a map on your bedroom ceiling
No, I didn't see the news
'Cause we were somewhere else
In an alleyway, drinking champagne
"

I just realized my apartment has a pretty good ceiling.. I mean...it’s not the best, but it’s up there, if I don't throw up a glass full of champagne, I can't have a completely peaceful sleep without a map drawn above my head.No gift for France👧

Personally, I find Paris a lot more relatable as a non-celeb because I'm not under scrutiny, no one's bringing up my history, gossip about me doesn't go viral, etc., but I still like LH for its moodier, darker take on that getting away from it all with your lover motif.

"Like we were in Paris, oh
Like we were somewhere else
Like we were in Paris, oh
We were somewhere else
"

This is the first year I’m not going on vacation to Paris because of Covid. Usually I don’t go because I can’t afford it.

💪If you too love Paris, please leave a comment here

Try living in a woman's world

living in a woman's world
👫Who are you?” the girl asks, perhaps in some sort of self-aware nod to Perry’s absence from pop’s upper echelons in recent years. “I’m Katy Perry!” she yells in slow-mo. It sounds less like a roar of triumph than the echoing cry of someone falling down a large ravine

"Every night she tells her daughter
"Don't you know a change is gonna come?"
There's a whisper in the water
And I know the tide is gonna turn
No, no, no"

It has now been almost two years since Perry announced a new musical era. In late 2022, she told Rolling Stone that she had “never stopped” writing.

"And if you can't see that it's gotta change
Only want the body but not the brains
If you really think that's the way it works
You ain't lived in a woman's world"

About a year ago, Kesha and Dr. Luke settled their defamation lawsuit, years after Kesha filed suit against the producer in 2014, alleging sexual, physical and emotional abuse. Luke countersued, claiming the singer defamed him. In statements made last June, Kesha said that "only God knows what happened" the night she claims she was raped, while Luke has maintained his innocence.

"If you never been told how you gotta be
What you gotta wear, how you gotta speak
Never shouted to be heard
You ain't lived in a woman's world"

Katy Perry reconnected with Dr. Luke, Max Martin and Stargate, who helped her create hits on her albums Teenage Dream and Prism. “Katy knew exactly what album she wanted to make and put the team together to make it happen,” a Capitol Records source told Rolling Stone at the time.

The main issue is if you could make up a track and field event, what would it be and who would be the star?

What is the best philosophical answer to "Who are you?"?

Simply I am what I think I am.. I have some mysteries and some chapters that will unfold further making me more of what I am… I am deep, shallow, adorable, hateful, impulsive, moody but above all I accept myself after all odds in me… This is me accepting all my flaws and strengths… Therefore, I am deep-coloured being, ready to accept me…

"Try living, try try living
Try living, try try living in a woman's world
(A woman's world)
Try living, try try living
Try living, try try living in a woman's world"

Last Kiss (Taylor's Version) a Heartbreaking Letter

heartbreaking letter

"Last Kiss" was featured on Swift's Speak Now album and is rumored to have been written about her relationship with ex Joe Jonas.

The song is not just a simple nostalgic one, it is a pure declaration of love. The second group is one of the best romantic moments, how can you say I love you without saying I love you.

"I do recall now the smell of the rain
Fresh on the pavement, I ran off the plane
That July 9th, the beat of your heart
It jumps through your shirt, I can still feel your arm
s"

I think it's her saddest and purest song of heartbreak. As in almost all others, there is at least a little anger, assertiveness or hope, and this is completely defeated. From my point of view, Last Kiss is truly one of best songs of Taylor Swift. It's so heartbreaking. I really resonate with “And I feel you forget me like I used to feel you breathe”, and also with

"You can plan for a change in weather and time
But I never planned on you changin' your mind"

I listened to this song on REPEAT for about 6 months after my last breakup because it really felt like it was us and everything I was going through at the time. It was comforting in a way.

I absolutely love Last Kiss! It's one of the most picturesque and heartbreaking songs... Every line is so broken and desolate...

"I never thought we'd have a last kiss
I never imagined we'd end like this
Your name, forever the name on my lips

simply sums up the moment when you think someone will be with you forever and then he doesn't want you anymore and there's nothing you can do to miss him... Going through a break-up you feel all of these different things. You feel anger, and you feel confusion, and frustration.  This heartbreaking letter  is so raw.

Please, please, please - Sabrina Carpenter trending song

please please please
I didn’t listen to a single Sabrina Carpenter song before “Espresso” and I fear I may now be a stan. I love this song so much, and I’ve never really clicked with any of her music before. I’ll look forward to Sabrina Carpenter's album, I’m sure I’ll find more to like.

But, to put things on the righr way from the very beginning, using 'please' is a sign of politeness, respect and appreciation. It can help build better relationships with others both in the workplace and in our personal lives. Using please you can help to make people feel valued, heard, and understood

I was having a bad time once and my friend felt the need to comfort me. They told me "Cheer up. The other day, my wife asked me to pass her lipstick but I accidentally passed her a glue stick. She still isn't talking to me.

"Please, please, please
Don't prove I'm right
And please, pleasе, please
Don't bring me to tеars when I just did my makeup so nice
Heartbreak is one thing, my ego's another
I beg you, don't embarrass me, motherfucker, oh
Please, please, please (Ah)
"

But please enlighten me to say more about Sabrina Carpenter trending song, since I have suddenly become an expert in beautiful language...No need to become an expert? The wind, like childhood, plays with the mocking tree

Approximately half of the time, researchers observed that “please” was employed in an attempt “to overcome resistance or willingness” to adhere to someone's request. “A lot of 'please' is definitely used to basically put pressure to comply on the other party,” he said.

"Well, I have a fun idea, babe (Uh-huh), maybe just stay inside
I know you're cravin' some fresh air, but the ceiling fan is so nice (It's so nice, right?)
And we could live so happily if no one knows that you're with me
I'm just kidding, but really (Kinda), really, really
"

It’s almost like this is a pop culture sub and she’s having a big pop culture moment right now. Some celebrities get posted a ton here and no one complains while some others (Sabrina and Sydney Sweeney I’ve noticed in particular) ruffle a lot of feathers for some reason.

"And please, please, please
Don't bring me to tears when I just did my makeup so nice
Heartbreak is one thing (Heartbreak is one thing), my ego's another (Ego's another)"

Conclusion, please? You will never be able to experience everything. So please do poetic justice to your soul and simply experience yourself. Sabrina Carpenter trending song is a proof
